Before You Register, Please Note:

Participants registering for our final edition of Storm the Trent do so on a "final sale" basis.   This is an all-in commitment being made at the point when you sign up.

No refunds or deferrals (partial or full) will be offered for any reason. 

After twenty years of gritting our teeth through countless refund and transfer requests, we are allowing ourselves to enjoy this final year to the fullest by removing the load of these requests from our very busy plates, and simply saying "no."  No refunds, no deferrals.  Zip, zero, nadda. 

Please understand that this isn't a matter of being unsympathetic.  We get the challenges that can arise out of team-based racing (we're racers ourselves, and we've been there).  It's simply that ours is the responsibility of putting on the best possible event we can - it is not of carrying the burden of injuries, illness, or changes of plans/changes of heart for those who have registered. 

That said, requests to make team member substitutions and/or team category changes are not a problem - we are happy to assist with updating your team roster any time up until Race Weekend.  Simply contact us and we're here to help. 

Should the race have to be cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond our control (including, but not limited to, severe weather, war, flood, pandemic, or any factor that may make the operation of the event dangerous to participants, staff and volunteers), or if it cannot viably be held due to gathering restrictions set by either Provincial or local health authorities, we will make every effort to reschedule the race to a later date. However, no refunds will be issued if a re-scheduled date is not possible. If a new date is offered, no refund will be granted to registrants who are unable to participate in the rescheduled event.
