Our goal is to make the process of deferring your 2020 team entry as easy as possible. Just click on the deferral confirmation form to complete your team's deferral (one form per team)
NOTE - priority is being offered to deferred 2020 entries until March 23, 2021 , after which point we will open up general registration. Teams that do not confirm their deferrals by this date cannot be guaranteed a spot in the 2021 event. Please note that no deferral confirmations will be accepted after April 30, 2021. Any 2020 entries not confirmed by this point will be considered forfeited. |

Can we defer to 2022?
• Yes! Just follow the steps above and simply select the "defer to the 2022 event" option. Please note that we reserve the right to cap the number of entries deferred to 2022, and that deferral requests will not be accepted after April 30, 2021.

Our team was issued a deferral code - where do I use that?
• After a thorough review of our systems and processes, we've determined that the deferral codes that we initially started issuing last April won't be needed. You can disregard these codes, and simply complete the deferral confirmation form linked above.

Are Refunds An Option?
• Unfortunately no, but we are more than happy to transfer the full value of your registration to another one of our events, or to the 2022 edition of Storm as noted above. If you are interested in transferring to another race, please contact us.

What About COVID?
Storm Racing is fully committed to running safe and responsibly-produced events – an overview of our return-to-racing plans related to COVID-19 is outlined here. We are also regular racers ourselves, and very much want to see all of us enjoying race events again! Please know that we will do everything we possibly can to host this year’s Storm, and in the safest manner possible.
However, if this year’s race cannot viably be held due to gathering restrictions set by either Provincial or local health authorities, we will defer all entries to the 2022 event. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in this situation, but that we will 100% commit to delivering on our promise to create a fun and safe race experience for you, as soon as it is realistically possible.
