2012 Host Site -Trudeau's Park Resort

Storm the Trent makes its return to the Land 'O Lakes tourist region for our 11th annual event, and to Trudeau's Park Resort just outside the village of Tweed. Our last event here was in 2009, and we are thrilled to be returning to such a fantastic host site! Casey Trudeau and his team pull out all the stops in welcoming racers to Stoco Lake, and their post-race meal offering is second to none. Trudeau's Park features an on-site restaurant and bar as well as motel-style rooms and numerous campsite spaces, although accommodations are limited - make certain contact them at 613-478-5511 to book your team in soon!

As for the surrounding region, there are few other areas where we've hosted events that can rival the seclusion and uninterrupted access to trails and backroads that you'll experience on this racecourse. During a Fall scouting session that lasted over six hours, a grand total of 3 cars were seen on the roads, and not a single soul on the trails! Racers in all three events will enjoy a series of well-rounded "mix-of-everything" race routes, augmented by just the right amount of mud and wet that will most certainly be present as a result of the Spring thaw (the weather conditions at our 2009 event made it a near-legendary affair!) We've had a ton of fun designing this racecourse, and we just know that you are going to enjoy what we have in store for you on May 12-13!
